I don't think this is a place for file sharing - especially since there is a copyright on these scans. If you upload the whole book I'd recommend a server outside EU in a country, where Renault doesn't offer their cars.
The plans I have are physically books, so I can't simply upload them. But if I look at the scheme above I think 95% of everything is readable - just very few cable color IDs are not 100% clear. I'd not see the quality as "poor", since the physical original is not so much better.
